Expand market penetration by 20% within two years for two product lines: Medicaid and Child Health Plus.
Action:
- Created long-life ad campaign with marketing messages in three languages
- Advertising vehicles included: bus posters, billboards, bus shelters, as well as print, TV & radio ads
- Promotions included sponsorships of various ethnic festivals, parades, contests and new facility openings, all joined with radio and print promotion
Results:
- Inquiries increased nearly 10% in first phase of campaign
- Met membership goal in second year of campaign by adding over 5,000 new members
