Action:

  • Created long-life ad campaign with marketing messages in three languages
  • Advertising vehicles included: bus posters, billboards, bus shelters, as well as print, TV & radio ads
  • Promotions included sponsorships of various ethnic festivals, parades, contests and new facility openings, all joined with radio and print promotion

Results:

  • Inquiries increased nearly 10% in first phase of campaign
  • Met membership goal in second year of campaign by adding over 5,000 new members
